Who We Are
Family Promise® of Forsyth County is a non-profit organization whose mission is to address homelessness in our community—one family at a time.

By offering compassionate guidance, shelter and education through a network of interfaith congregations and community organizations, our goal is to strengthen our community by helping homeless families with children remain intact while they transition toward self sufficiency.

We are an independent affiliate of the national organization, Family Promise, headquartered in Summit, New Jersey.
Families are the fastest growing segment of the homeless population nationally. Many find themselves homeless due to a shortage of affordable housing, the loss of a job, a sudden illness or unexpected crisis.
