WHAT IS IT?
Cardboard Box City is a fundraiser in which people spend the night in a cardboard box to increase awareness about homelessness and raise money to support Family Promise of Forsyth County. Family Promise is a local agency that helps homeless families with children remain intact while they transistion to self-sufficiency. View the 2010 promo.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Register to become a resident of Cardboard Box City. Fill out the form below and click “Send”.
- Collect at least $50 in “rent” (pledges). See pledge form on back for details. Prizes will be awarded to the top three fundraisers. Note: We ask that every participant, including chaperones, try to raise the $50 minimum. However, if this is a hardship, we will consider exceptions on a case by case basis. Please contact us.
- Camp in Cardboard Box City for one night. Check in will be at 6 p.m. Friday night, and tear down will be at 7 a.m. Saturday morning.
Cardboard Box City, Survivor Style
This year’s activities will have a “Survivor” theme. Start practicing your knot untying, puzzle solving, etc., so you can challenge the other teams and be the top Survivors of Cardboard Box City 2010.
